The Radisol project, designed by the prestigious French studio Bruther under the motto “Une Adresse, Une Legende”, will become one of the most unique projects on the Albanian coast. Located on the shores of Radhima, just 70 meters from the new pedestrian zones (Lungomare 3) and 85 meters from the sea. In addition to the somewhat extravagant shape of the building and the 300 m² swimming pool, Radisol also offers maximum lighting along the entire coast, as it is the only building built without bricks, but only with thermal glass, which allows natural lighting in all areas of the house, as well as views from several fronts.

The construction of Radisol will begin in early 2026 and will be completed in 24 months (2 years). This project includes three types of apartments, namely:

• Studios with an area of ​​46 m2
• 1+1 apartments with an area of ​​83 m2 (can be converted to 2+1)
• 2+1 apartments with an area of ​​112 m2 (can be converted to 3+1).
